EduCare Foundation continues to be managed and operated by all volunteers. Our overheads are so low that more than 90% of donation are used for Educare's charity programs.
Naresh is president and co-founder of EduCare Foundation; emeritus trustee of the Parliament of the World’s Religions; co-founder of International Jain Sangh; director in the Jain Associations in North America (JAINA); and an advisor to the board of the Monmouth Center of World Religions and Ethical Thought.
Aridaman (Ari) is the retired Director of the Statistics Program at NJIT. He is on the board of the Monmouth Center for World Religions and Ethical Thought. He is Past President of NJ Chapter of the Association of Indians in America and the NJ Chapter of American Statistical Association.
Pawan is founding trustee of EduCare Foundation. He is a retired Professional Engineer and Corporate Manager. Since 1994, he has used his professional skills in the management of various EduCare projects to ensure low cost but high efficiency implementation.
Kris is an Executive Member of EduCare Foundation and also serves on the Metuchen Alliance, whose mission is drug and alcohol prevention. Her career at NJ Transit since 1993 exemplifies her passion for public service. Kris has two mantras: "Always Do The Right Thing" and "Always leave a place better than you found it."
Rashmi works as IT manager in Insurance sector. She is a mom of two girls - 10 and 16 year old. Rashmi leads the EduCare Toastmaster Club for EduCare Youth Leaders. Even wth her busy schedule, she tries to keep up with her passion for doing something meaningful for the society.

Avani has been volunteering for EduCare since 2008. She designed the website for EduCare Foundation and maintains it. She organized a fund raiser for EduCare in Summer of 2011 raising over $3500 through her dance performance. Avani is a trained Bharatnatyam (classical Indian dance) dancer and is part of her college dance team.
Surinder is a professional consultant with an international telecommunication company. He has been associated with EduCare Foundation since its beginning in 1994 to support funding for various school projects.
Neena is a seasoned IT professional and has worked for software companies dealing with financial industry. Neena also manages a CompuChild franchise that teaches computer skills to children. She is currently Program Director for Educare where she manages disbursement of scholarships to needy children and runs its Youth Leadership program.
Divya is a project leader for Educare, in Bangalore, India. She has been an IT executive with various MNCs in past and currently is Vice President, IT infrastructure for DDRV Analytics in India. Divya is involved with Educare since 2003 and contributes by doing India related assignments given to her.
