Mahabodhi Residential School, Ladakh
Mahabodhi Residential School, Ladakh provides lodging, boarding, food and schooling to under priveleged kids in Leh, Ladakh. Ladakh's terrain provides a unique logistical challenge to get the kids especially girls to focus on education. Under the guidance of Bhikkhu Sanghasena, the school's enrollment has been growing rapidly and several volunteers from India and outside of India have been helping to continue to spread the mission of education. EduCare has been associated with the school since 2019 and the funds have been instrumental in helping build the robotics lab for science and technology students.
